Greenfibres have been manufacturing and retailing organic textiles, cosmetics and household products since 1996.

The products they sell are chosen because they use raw materials that are kind to the environment as well as your health and well-being.

Initially Greenfibres used the ‘micommerce’ platform with the accompanying in-store retail system and integration with ChannelAdvisor and LiveChat.

In 2017, the decision was made to migrate the site onto the Magento 2 Platform.

Greenfibres uses Magento 2 Community Edition as its multi-channel order management platform and transactional website. Product, stock, customer and order information is exchanged to and from the system, ensuring that their stock levels and despatch dates remain in sync, price changes are immediately reflected on the web and customers can interact with the company regardless of whether it is over the web, over the phone or from their Totnes store.

Their system integrates directly with ChannelAdvisor, which in turn integrates with eBay, Amazon UK & USA. A Zopim LiveChat facility is then used to engage and interact with customers in real-time.

The system enables differing VAT rates to be applied dependent on the EU member state specified in the delivery country.  Multiple payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, cheque are also provided.

All this combined, enables Greenfibres to trade globally on a seamless multi-channel basis.
